Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid services offered by Anklemove Ltd, including digital route guide packages and structured riding programmes.
2. Digital Route Guide Packages
Nature: Route guides are digital downloads (PDF files) containing maps, turn-by-turn directions, and route information.
Refund Policy: Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered to your email address. This is because digital products cannot be returned or resold.
Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue preventing download or access within 24 hours of purchase, contact us and we will resolve it or offer a refund.
Content Updates: If route information becomes outdated (e.g., road closure, new bike lane), we will provide updated versions free of charge.
3. Structured Riding Programmes
Nature: Structured programmes consist of 8 weeks of guided rides, workshops, and community support.
Cancellation by Participant: You may cancel your enrolment by email to info@anklemove.world. Cancellation timing determines refund eligibility:
- More than 14 days before start: Full refund
- 7–14 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before start: No refund
Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or alternative programme.
Missed Sessions: No refunds for sessions you cannot attend. The programme fee covers access to all scheduled sessions during the 8-week period. You are responsible for managing your attendance.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
5. Payment Methods
We currently accept bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. Refunds are issued via the same method used for the original payment.
6. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a refund, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 14 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may dispute the transaction with your bank or payment provider.
7. No Refund for Results
We provide educational content and community rides. We do not guarantee fitness improvements, weight loss, performance gains, or any specific outcomes. Therefore, refunds are not issued based on unsatisfactory results or personal dissatisfaction.
8. Grievances & Complaints
If you believe you have not received promised services, contact us immediately with supporting evidence. We will investigate and work toward a fair resolution, which may include a refund if services were not delivered as advertised.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes apply to future purchases. If you have purchased services under a previous version, that version applies to your refund eligibility.
